Anthem's Medicare Advantage Certification Training is NOW OPEN.

Here are a few tips to help you get started quickly and finish strong.

You have a choice to begin your Medicare Advantage certification training with AHIP or NABIP:

• AHIP – America’s Health Insurance Plans
• NABIP – National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals

Certification Tips:

1. Start training by going to GetCertified.ElevanceHealth.com.
2. Click on Certify with AHIP or Certify with NABIP to get started.
3. In the Medicare Certification Center, sign in and enter access code External-SelfReg with no spaces and include the hyphen.
4. You will need to complete the core AHIP or NABIP Medicare training first, then all Compliance and Product training modules.

Complete Blue Shield Broker product certification by following these steps:

Access the Medicare Product Online Certification site using one of two options:

1. Blue Shield Broker

Log into the Blue Shield Broker portal using your Blue Shield Broker account. (If you don’t have a Blue Shield Broker account, you can create one).

2. Shield Learns

If you are unable to obtain a Blue Shield Broker account, you can log in to the Shield Learns portal. Check your email for a message from Shield Learns for your account information. Your username is your National Producer Number (NPN). If you do not have a password, use the "Forgot your password?" option to create a new one.

Complete the MA-PD/PDP product certification:

You’ll have 4 attempts to pass. To pass, you’ll need a score of 85% or higher.

Certification for 2025 is now available!

Start your training in the Centene Workbench via your Single Sign-On portal.

Imperial is excited to announce that their 2025 Certification is now Live! The 2025 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is just around the corner, and we want to ensure you have all the tools and remain compliant in the field.

Once logged in, select "2025" and complete the training from start to finish. A 25-question test will be required to ensure you're ready to sell. Please note: The 2025 Certification is mandatory to sell Imperial Health Plan of California products.

2025 Molina Certifications Now Available

We are pleased to announce that the 2025 Molina certifications are now available. Agents can begin their certification process by visiting the link provided below and selecting their Onboarding Case. This portal will guide you through the certification steps for Molina 2025.

Please note, this certification also encompasses the Brand New Day and Central Health plans, which are now part of Molina.

Here is all you need to do:

• Log on to www.ScanProducerPortal.com and click the Producer Dashboard Tile.
• Complete and sign new SCAN contract
  • Signing a new SCAN Agent Contract is required before accessing the 2025 SCAN Certification Training
• Take the 2025 SCAN Certification which includes:
  • 30-minute video covering SCAN’s 2025 plans, benefits, and service areas
  • Attest to reading the SCAN policy & procedure, code of conduct, and agent guide
  • Must complete with a passing score of 85%
• Complete AHIP
  • Use the SCAN Producer Portal to receive a $50 discount
  • If you’ve already completed AHIP, simply transmit your score to SCAN
• Do not sell SCAN products until you receive your READY TO SELL email
• Benefit Deep Dive Trainings will be available at the end of August

2025 UnitedHealthcare Certifications are open!

You can now get certified to sell UnitedHealthcare 2025 Medicare plans. Get your certifications done early so you can spend the summer focusing on your selling strategy for the 2025 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)! Certifying early also gives you the ability to start planning and filing your events.
